Patuakhali district is called Sagarkanya. Kuakata beach in the southernmost part of Bangladesh is the traditional beach of this district. Kuakata, the daughter of the sea, is a beautiful green land. Stunning tourist spot to watch the sunrise and sunset standing in the same place. The huge beach of 15 km length in the Bay of Bengal is rare in the world. In all seasons including winter, summer and monsoon, the beach is buzzing with the call of seasonal birds. It is possible to enjoy the various forms of the sea created by nature in different seasons just by visiting the Kuakata tourist center. That is why innumerable tourists from home and abroad come to Kuakata again and again in different seasons of the year. There is no impression of artificiality here. That is why tourists come to Kuakata and become desperate to experience the taste of nature in their own perception by uniting their minds with the laws of nature.
