At the west side of the river Andharmaniks estuaries the wind rooted forest of the Sundarban is situated, its name is Fatrar Bon which is known as Tengragiri Forest in books. Geographically though is situated in Barguna district, tourists of Kuakata go there by troller for recreation. There is no fierce animal in this forest though it is the part of Sundarban. It is over flowed by eddy-tide twice a day. Sundori, Keora, Byne, Golpata as well as many other specious are found here. If one is lucky Python, Cobra or reptile can be visible. Moreover the chirping of different birds makes one amazed. Monkey and wild cock are also found wild hogs are rarely found. One has to go to fatrar bon by engine boat from Kuakata.
